1. The service

ScamBlock AI discovers and assesses publicly accessible web resources that may impersonate your brand, scores them, preserves evidence and provides tools and guidance for response. The service is informational. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any impersonation will be detected, prevented or removed.

2. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you are authorised to act for each brand you add and that the official domains you list are yours or your client's.
• You will treat findings as suspicions to be reviewed, not as proof, and you will not publish accusations against third parties based solely on a finding.
• You will not use the service to monitor private individuals, to harass, or for any unlawful purpose, and you will not attempt to access other organisations' data.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for the actions of members you invite.

3. Plans, payment and changes

Plan limits are enforced in the service. Paid plans are invoiced manually and activated after payment is verified. Prices exclude applicable VAT and taxes. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes do not affect a prepaid term. You may cancel at any time; monthly plans end at the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use of findings

Evidence packs are provided to help you report to registrars, hosting providers, platforms, counsel and authorities. You are responsible for the accuracy of any report you make and for complying with applicable laws, including defamation and data-protection law.

5. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. External data sources may be rate-limited or unavailable; the service shows source status and marks affected scans as partial. Support is provided by email on business days.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss caused by impersonation that the service did not detect.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other customers, with notice where practical. You may delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy for retention.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will first be raised in writing with us; we will try in good faith to resolve them within 30 days before any proceedings.
